Enjoy a luxurious stay at this beautiful beach penthouse just a few minutes drive from Estepona port and old town. The property has recently been refurbished and is based on 3 levels featuring 3 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people, 1 ensuite, a second large bathroom and a downstairs toilet making it perfect for families or groups.
On the ground level you will find a new kitchen that opens into a large combined living and dining area filled with natural light from the large patio doors which open onto a spacious terrace offering stunning garden and sea views. This charming patio is perfect for morning coffee, a late lunch or dinner while listening to the sea. You can chose to sunbath here or relax in the shade.
The second floor has two bedrooms, one ensuite and a second large bathroom all newly renovated with extra large showers. This level also has a terrace, fully private with sunbeds and a view to the sea.
The third floor has another bedroom with two private terraces, one with views to the sea below and mountain views from the other.
Located in a quiet area, this penthouse promises peace and tranquility being able to hear the sea throughout the property. Guests have access to two shared pools, a private gated carpark with direct access to the beach and paseo below. Take a morning stroll or have a coffee at one of the local beach chiringuitos.
About Casares Costa, Estepona
Casares Del Mar is a lovely quiet costal area just a few minutes drive from beautiful oldtown Estepona. San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella are 20-30 minutes drive.
Sabinillas, a quiet little spanish town is 15 minutes walk on the paseo where there are many restaurants and beach bars with a fantastic choice for lazy lunches and dinners or a few minutes walk the well knows La Sal Chiringuito is a must with great food, wine and cocktails. The prestigious Finca Cortesin Beach Club is also just a few minutes walk where you can indulge in a luxury lunch with sunbeds.
There are a number of Golf courses and gyms nearby such as Casares Golf, Dona Julia, Duquesa Golf and many others all a few minutes away. The well know Finca Cortesin Golf Course is just minutes from the house and recently held the Solheim Cup.
For the children take a drive to waterparks, Selwo Adventure Zoo or go to nearby Estepona Port to see the dolphins on one of the Catamarans, there are many water sports to do here also.
The distance from Malaga airport to Casares Del Mar is 50/60 minutes drive (89 Km / 56 miles). The most common route is via the AP-7 toll highway and offers a quicker drive than choosing the scenic costal road.
