Wonderful and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic sea views and private swimming pool! This new property is new to the rental market and ready to welcome guests.
This apartment is located in La Morelia, a private and quiet urbanisation in the upper area of Nueva Andalucia. Close to a number of golf courses, restaurants, bars and only a 10 minutes drive from the beach.
The apartment of 110m² offers guests 2 bedrooms. Both have a double bed, waredrobe and ans ensuite bathroom.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time 14:00-18:00,
between 18:00-22:00 an extra fee of 50 euros will be charged.
If possible we can accomodate other times based on our availibility and than for an extra fee of 100 euros will be charged.
Check-out time 09:00-11:00,
between 18:00-07:00 an extra fee of 50 euros will be charged.
If possible we can accomodate other times based on our availibility and than for an extra fee of 100 euros will be charged.
Deposition:
Upon check-in, a security deposit of 300 euros can be settled either in cash or by card. This amount will be refunded during check-out, provided the accommodation is in satisfactory condition. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same bank account within one week.
